Director of Sales & Marketing, Eastern Region
Jim Goodrich is the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Eastern Region. Jim
is responsible for developing new client relationships and adding to the company’s
market share within the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
Jim brings considerable mortgage banking experience to Property Sciences, having
spent the past twenty years in the correspondent and wholesale production channels.
He was most recently with Guaranty Trust Company where he was responsible for developing
wholesale loan production in the state of Florida. Previously Jim was the Regional
Manager for Fifth Third Bank and managed a multi-state sales region for the wholesale
mortgage division of the bank. Earlier, as Vice President with LaSalle Bank he developed
the Southeast region for the bank’s multi-family lending division.
Jim is active in the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. He is the Immediate
Past President of the Jacksonville chapter of FAMP and remains on the Board of Directors
for both the state and local FAMP associations. In 2011 Jim was named ‘Affiliate
of the Year’ by the FAMP for his dedication to his clients and his commitment to

Mr. Fowler brings with him 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. His background embraces all
facets of the sector, with a focus on wholesale lending and sales strategies.
Mr. Fowler began his sales career with industry institutions - San Francisco Federal Savings & Loan,
First Nationwide Bank, and CalFed Bank. Between 1999 and 2007 in senior management, he managed sales
forces and marketing departments for Equity Funding Group and Cypress Mortgage.
A licensed broker and graduate of the Cal State University Business Administration program with an
emphasis in Accounting and Finance, Mr. Fowler demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit early by building
and running his own mortgage bank. He is working on national account development with an emphasis on
appraisal product sales to credit unions and banks.
